On the fourth Thursday of November 2009 we came together to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends, at the Arcotel Nike, continuing a wonderful tradition and enjoying a delicious turkey, glazed in bourbon and honey to go along with mashed potatoes, dumplings, corn pudding, vegetables, cranberries and sweet chestnuts. Baked apples with custard and pumpkin-apple pie rounded off the feast.
