Neuwahl des Vorstands 2008

On June 13^th, 2008 new officers were elected.

		The new President is Vorstandsdirektor Dr. Josef Weißl, MBA of the Oberbank in Linz.
		For me the Austro-American Society creates a space where Austrians and Americans can meet each other. We organize English-language events related to and characteristic of the USA that are attractive for Austrians as well as for Americans living in Upper Austria.

		Vice President is Mrs Linda Tuttle-Weidinger, B.A., born in New Jersey, USA. She moved to Austria in the 1980`s
		I look  forward to the Society`s bringing more Austrians and Americans and other nationalities together … whether Argentinian, Canadian, German, Malay, South African …. Everyone is welcome!
