Old News

23.08.2001
Woohoo everyone! Greetings from Down Under. I'm not writing these lines from good old Austria but from Adelaide in South Australia. I've put up my Adelaide Travel Diary and hope everybody takes a look at it. I won't update this page until I get back from Australia sometime in January 2002. The only page updated until then will be my Adelaide Travel Diary.

04.07.2001
This is going to be the last news entry before I head for Australia on Monday, July 9th. And there are quite a lot of news. About two weeks ago we had our first gig at a Harley Davidson biker meeting in Hinterklemm. On that day, at about 13 o'clock I got a call from our bass player and he said that we should jump in for another band that couldn't play. I drove to our rehearsal room so that we could do some final rehearsing and at 20 o'clock we were already on stage in Hinterklemm (which is a drive of about 2 hours from our rehearsal room).
The gig was awesome although we weren't really prepared at all ;-) The stage was on a huge American truck so the scenery was perfect for the event. We also got paid quite a lot...at least for being a rock band.
Well, and just last Saturday we had our second gig for "Die Naturfreunde" in Scharnstein. Again it was a whole lot of fun and I hope that we'll have many more gigs once I get back from Australia.
Talking of which...I decided to make a travel diary on the web of our adventures in Australia. I don't know yet wether or not I'll update on a daily basis but we'll see. As the diary will probably contain a whole lot of pictures I won't be able to put them up on this site. I'll post a link here when I know where I can put everything.
And finally I want to draw your attention to a nifty, absolutely amazing software program that is a must have for every serious guitarist. It's a guitar tab editor and it's by far the best guitar tab editor I've ever seen. Its name is RandyTab and best of all it's freeware :-) Go grab it now and tab away. This program is the program of the year for me so far.

11.05.2001
I've recorded a new song over the Easter holidays. Check it out in the music section. It's called "Just Some Song". Hope you enjoy it!

05.04.2001
Some great news! In fact, these news are so great I almost forgot to put them up here :-) I'm going to study at the University of South Australia in Adelaide from mid-July to December just before Christmas for one semester. This of course means that there are a lot of things to do for me now, most notably finishing this semester at university the way I should and also doing all the preparations for Australia. I need a visa, a new passport, an international driver's license and so on and so on.....
I'll definitely take my digital camera with me so starting from July you can expect to see some cool photos of Australia in the pictures section of my page here. Also I hope that I can take one of my guitars with me (although I'll probably have to pay taxes for it) or at least that I'll be able to buy one in "down under".
Sore ja, mata mite ne.
(= romanized Japanese and translates to "Well then, see you again")

15.03.2001
Some news I forgot the last time. I've finally joined a band again. They're called "Die Alraunen" and we're hoping to have our first gig sometime in July. Also I bought a new PC, a 1 GHz Athlon with ABIT KT7A-RAID motherboard. What can I say....it rocks bigtime. The "Simpsons On Acid" song I mentioned last time uses 48 audio tracks and lots of effect plugins and EQs but my new PC can handle it without difficulty. This PC really gives a new definition to the term "the complete studio in the PC".

12.03.2001
YAUITC (tm) = Yet another update in this century ;-)...heck, I know I'm lazy with updating lately but I've got other stuff to do. What's new this time? I recorded a little something, namely a cover of the Simpsons title melody. Of course it's a guitar version of it (what else?) and it rocks the house....hehe, well, some parts were really difficult to play on the guitar and it took me some time to get them straight. But in the end I'm pretty happy with the results.
So here it is: Simpsons On Acid. Here's a little legal disclaimer: You are only allowed to download the MP3 file if you know me privately and do not distribute the file afterwards.

18.08.2000
Whoa!! Long time no update. Well, I've been busy with various things like university, music (although I didn't get any chance to record anything) and mostly trying to learn Japanese. I also added some more links for fellow Japanese learners in the links section. Also I'm currently recording some new songs that I hope to have ready in one or maybe two months and if all goes well a new band project should be on track pretty soon as well. See you around!

28.04.2000
From now on this page cannot be reached via the XOOM link (http://members.xoom.com/GroovingArts) anymore. This is due to some login problems there so I finally decided to delete the site. The only working link to this site now is http://members.liwest.at/GroovingArts.

21.04.2000
I added two new links to the Japan related links in the link section.

19.04.2000
Well, no update for a looong time. This is mostly due to university, so it's not my fault (always trying to push it to someone else, hien ;-) Either way, there's no new music, no new pictures and nothing else spectacular going on. There are Easter holidays for me at the moment so I'm hanging around a lot doing not much except some work I have to do for university.
Now let's see what else there is to say.Work on 2101 Edit has definitely come to an end. I just can't find time anymore to program "just for fun". Some people asked me to give them the source code so that they can continue the work but I can't do that unfortunately because the code contains licensed libraries of which I am not allowed to give away the source. Without those libraries you won't be able to do very much with the rest of the code.
As I'm a big fan of Japanese animation (also referred to as Anime) and Japanese culture in general I added some Japan related links to the link section. Go check them out. There are some useful resources if you want to start out learning Japanese a bit like me. Other than that there are no updates on the page. Currently I feel like I've lost all inspiration and I feel very burnt out so I fear I won't be able to record some new songs in the Easter holidays :-( If somebody should happen to find my inspiration tell it to come back to me immediately ;)

04.01.2000
First of all: Happy new year to everyone!! Thank God it wasn't the end of the world ;-) Fortunately the Y2K bug didn't have too much influence on the festivities so we can all continue as usual. Today I just updated some stuff in the music section and on the personal info page. Nothing spectacular. Just some new notes about my recording equipment and I fixed some typos.

26.12.1999
Christmas is just over and yesterday I recorded a little song as Christmas treat. It's a medley of the two well-known Christmas songs "Little Drummer Boy" and "We Wish You A Merry Christmas" with various variations by me. Go to the music section and download it if you like!

12.11.1999
Today I put up some new pictures of my equipment in the pictures section. Now you can also see pictures of my Ibanez Univers 7-string (my main guitar) and some pics of my rack.

10.11.1999
Our new song "Prelude" is finally done. It's a classical piano piece arranged for a rock band (piano, guitar, bass and drums to be exact). Apart from being a great classical piece IMHO it's also a good technical exercise for every band. So go ahead and rehearse it :-) The song is rather short, only 01:27 minutes. Thus the file size of the MP3 file is not too large. So go get it right away in the music section. Oh yes, it might take a day or two until you can get the song at MP3.com.
Some other good news (at least for us :-): Today two of our songs, namely "Tightness" and "Too Short Moments" made it to the top-100 songs in the genre "Instrumental Rock" on MP3.com for the first time. "Tightness" landed on place 82 and "Too Short Moments" on place 96. Thanks to all the downloaders. Hope you enjoy our stuff.

06.11.1999
I put up some new pictures in the "other pics" section of the pictures section.

23.10.1999
I finally got the digital camera I ordered. It took longer than expected but now I have it. And guess what, you can see the first results of me running around and taking pictures in the new section of this site - simply called pictures section. I also put up a picture of myself in the personal info section.

05.10.1999
Today I received the PPC-210 expansion card for my DigiTech GSP-2101. I got it from KTJ Music from the USA and although I had to pay quite a lot for shipping and additional EU taxes it still is more than 1000,- ATS or something around 70 Euro cheaper than if I'd buy in Austria. Crazy world! Well, now that I also have the PPC you can expect that the next version of 2101 Edit will support the second S-DISC.
Also sometime this week (hopefully) I should receive the digital camera I ordered last week. It's going to be an Olympus C-900 Zoom. I'm quite excited about owning a digital camera and you can expect some pictures on this page soon :-) See you then.

02.10.1999
A few days ago I decided to improve my arpeggio technique on the guitar. The result of this effort is a new, very short song I'm going to release in a few days or maybe a week. What I did was that I took a classical piano piece (of which I don't even know the author; I hope I don't infringe any copyrights by releasing the song), of which I doubled the piano line with the guitar. I also added a drum and bass track. Et voila you get a "rockified" classical piano piece. I'm still waiting for the digital piano my sister is hopefully going to get next week so that I can use a cool piano sound. Then I will release the song as usual on my page on MP3.com.
Also check out the new links I added to the link section. Most notably is the link to the new homepage of the Austrian rock band Mostpower. You can download some samples of their music on their homepage and also order their fantastic CD. So go there right now!

12.09.1999
"Tightness" is finished and I've already uploaded it to MP3.com but - as usual - it will probably take two or three days until it the song will show up there. Nevertheless you will find some info on the song and a link to it on MP3.com in the music section.

10.09.1999
Long time no see...there hasn't been an update for almost a month now and there's quite a good reason for it - work. Nevertheless I can announce that my newest song called "Tightness" (which was listed in the music section for quite some time now) is almost done. I hope to get it done over the weekend. Progress on 2101 Edit is also good. I've rewritten the MIDI engine completely and I've made some further fail-safety enhancements to the program to help me debug it more easily. I hope to begin work on the patch editing part very soon. But before that I will have to write some graphical interface gimmicks that I will require for that.
I've also finally decided to get myself a PPC-210 for my GSP-2101. The last charge of PPCs is going out right now and I hope to still get one before they go out of production. I'm probably going to buy at KTJ music in the US where the PPC costs 209$ US at the moment. Even including shipping to Austria this is way cheaper than if I'd get the PPC from the Austrian distributor of DigiTech where it would cost me something around 500$ US (excluding shipping). Crazy world :-) See ya soon.

14.08.1999
Another song of mine called "Moving" is done. It is probably the heaviest song I've ever made and it has quite a dense arrangement. The song was composed shortly after the heavy car accident I had last year in November which is probably also the reason for the song's heaviness. About half of the song was recorded from March to April 1999, the rest in the end of July 1999. I spent most of my spare time last week to mix it. As always you can find a link to download the song and some more info in the music section.
I'm quite occupied with work at the moment so I didn't have much time to write on 2101 Edit but I'm still in the middle of restructuring the code and making it more fail safe. I really hope to have patch editing implemented by the end of the year, and if not, I can only hope that 2101 Edit has no Y2K bug ;-))

01.08.1999
My newest song "Being Lazy" is finished and ready for download on MP3.com (you will find a link to my page there in the music section or go directly to: http://www.mp3.com/GroovingArts). It's a very relaxing song and definitely not a rock song. Most of it was recorded in February 1999 but now I've finally found the time to finish it. Go get a Martini, relax and listen to it.

29.07.1999
Alright everyone. Now I'm also on MP3.com (it took me some while, hien :-). From now on I'll put all my songs up there, so all links in the music section will lead you to my page on MP3.com. Here's a direct link to that page: http://www.mp3.com/GroovingArts. This week I've done some recording on "Being Lazy" again. There's not much missing for that song anymore so expect it to be here soon.

24.07.1999
I've got my new computer now and after installing all software I had installed on my old computer I started to remix "Fingers Crossed" again. You can find the new, improved version in the music section. It's really a lot of fun working with my new computer. It's a Pentium III 450 MHz with 128 MB S-DRAM (6 ns) and a fast IBM U2W SCSI harddisk. Now I can really use a lot of DirectX plugins when recording. I hope that now I will finish some songs on which I didn't do any work since a few weeks.

17.07.1999
Very, very good news: My new computer is on the way and I hope to get it sometime next week. Then I finally can start recording stuff again. I've also began rewriting 2101 Edit to finally implement patch editing. I know I'm already promising this since ages but now I'm really getting to it. Still be aware that it will take at least 3 to 6 months to get finished.

10.07.1999
Phew, no update for a long time. The reason herefor are the many exams I had at university in the last couple of weeks. Version 2.xx.xx support for 2101 Edit is still on ice because there seems to be a bug somewhere that still needs to be fixed. I don't know how much time I will have to further improve 2101 Edit but I'm trying to do my best. Also there's no new song in the music section up to now because I just can't record anymore with my slow computer. It just takes a few plugins to bring it to its knees. So I'm going to buy a new computer in the next couple of weeks and I will finally be able to finish the songs I have started recording since April.

30.05.1999
Okay, I'll take everything back I said the last time. Yesterday I sat down and implemented version 2.xx.xx support for 2101 Edit. This new version 1.11 is now undergoing some final beta testing and it should be released in hopefully a week or so. After that 2101 Edit will undergo some code restructuring and also maybe a little bit of rewriting to make it suitable for adding patch editing and librarian functionality.
Take a look at the newest version of RPEdit 2.0e1 at http://www.voyager.co.nz/~bjames/RPEdit.html. This program is a must have if you are in possession of a DigiTech RP-10, RP-12, ValveFX, RP-20, RP-21, VGS 2120 or Johnson Millenium.

24.05.1999
Let's start with the bad news first: I still haven't found the time to completely implement software version 2.xx.xx support for 2101 Edit. I fear that I won't be able to finish it probably until the end of July. And now for the good news (at least from my point of view :-): The song 'Moving' that was spooking around in my head for almost three months is almost done now. Last weekend I recorded the bass tracks. The rhythm guitar tracks were already done a few weeks ago and finally yesterday I recorded the solo guitar tracks. Now all that's left is to add some sound effects and to do the mix. I hope to have the song ready and on this page in about two weeks.

03.05.1999
The bug with Windows NT 4.0 I mentioned the last time is now fixed (I hope). You can get the new bugfixed version 1.1 of 2101 Edit from the GSP-2101 section. Support for software versions 2.xx.xx is also in the making so stay tuned.

23.04.1999
Today I did some re-editing of my new song released some days ago called "Too Short Moments". You can download the new version from the music section of this site. Also I found a nasty bug with 2101 Edit when running it on Windows NT 4.0. There are some repainting bugs when you drag a marker rectangle or - under certain circumstances - when you drag a module. I will have to do some more investigation on this bug and I hope that I will have a bugfixed version here very soon. I'm currently also trying to implement software version 2.xx.xx support into 2101 Edit. I can't really tell yet how long it will take me until it's done but I estimate about two weeks.

18.04.1999
After some more testing I did yesterday you can now download the new version 1.1 of 2101 Edit from the GSP-2101 section. I added the capability to edit multiple algorithms, bulk dump support, a help file and some user interface improvements. This is probably going to be the last new revision of the program for some while because I'm very much occupied by university and by work at the moment.

17.04.1999
In the last two days I made a new song which you download in the music section. At first it was only intended to be a demo song of the capabilities of the Line6 POD for a befriended Italian guitarist but it turned out to be a little song. It's not very long, only about 2 minutes and a half, but I think it's a nice guitar tune. All guitar sounds come from the Line6 POD.
The new version 1.1 of 2101 Edit is already done and I'm currently doing last testing. I hope that I can release it in the next couple of days.
Other important news: The main URL of this page is now http://members.liwest.at/GroovingArts although I will still keep the XOOM page (with updated contents just as the main site) for a while because most of my files are on the XOOM account and I don't have much space at the new location.

03.04.1999
Currently I'm putting the finishing touch on the new version 1.1 of 2101 Edit. Now you can edit multiple algorithms at once, do sysex bulk dumps to and from your 2101 and you can also cancel an algorithm dump. The bug I mentioned the last time is also now fixed. I hope to have the new version on this page soon (approximately in a week or so) although it's hard to say when exactly because I still have to add some more topics to the help file.

25.03.1999
I uploaded 2101 Edit once again because I forgot to insert the cab emulator module into the program menu. I'm sorry for that. I also fixed a bug concerning the CPU usage calculation for an algorithm. I didn't take the 28 CPU blocks into account that every algorithm (even without containing any other modules than input and output) uses per se. But the CPU usage progress bar in the status bar doesn't always show these 28 already used blocks. I'll have to fix this bug over the weekend.

23.03.1999
Okay, it's done! Today I uploaded the first release version of the 2101 Algorithm Editor. Go to the 2101 section to download it. Be sure to read the docs carefully before fooling around with the program.

20.03.1999
Today I integrated the algorithm dump engine I had done earlier into the new algorithm editor. Everything seems to work alright. There's not much left to do. I still need to implement saving but that's a piece of cake. I could show you some screen shots - but I won't because I'd rather use the time it would take me to make and upload the screen shots for finishing the editor itself.
This week I also got the Line6 POD and all I can say that it's is a great little bastard. Really good for direct recording. Definitely the best speaker simulator I have heard up to date. See you soon!

13.03.1999
Progress on the 2101 algorithm editor is good. Just a few minutes before writing this I killed the last few bugs concerning module connection (I hope, at least). So now you can already connect modules. There are still some minor things to be done but most important will be making the graphics for all modules. When that's done I'll put together a quick and dirty save routine (there will be no support for saving SAPs or sysex files in the first release) and then you can download the editor from my homepage. Expect to see screenshots in less than a week.

08.03.1999
Hello everyone. Just wanted to give you a quick status report on the 2101 algorithm editor. As I said many times before the algorithm dump engine is already done and works well. The user interface is also beginning to grow. By now you can select modules and then move them around. What's missing is the ability to connect the modules. When that is done I only need to integrate the dump engine into the program and it's basically done. I'm still planning to make a complete patch/algorithm editor out of it but I think that I'm going to release the algorithm-only editor first because it would take too long otherwise.

05.03.1999
Once again very, very good news: TerraTec has released a new driver and new firmware for the EWS64 XL. The new driver version is 2.28. The new firmware version is 2.20. Go get the drivers from the TerraTec website. With these new drivers the 512kb limit is broken (although we still need a new Ed!son to use this feature). But most important of all I have sync with these new drivers. Now I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Line6 POD I ordered because then I can start recording again. Unfortunately I won't find that much time for recording, at least not as much time as I had in February. This is because university has started again and I have to give it some attention I fear.

02.03.1999
Good news. Today I decided to buy the Line6 POD of which I talked yesterday. I took a look at it at my local musicstore but their price was a bit high I thought. So I looked around on the Internet and finally Thomann made the deal. Thomann was 2000 Austrian Schilling cheaper than my local musicstore. Well, I ordered it today, so I hope I'll get it in approximately three days.
One last thing: XOOM seems to have removed the frame I was talking about yesterday. Maybe I'll stay a little longer here then :-)

01.03.1999
Bad news. My DigiTech GSP-2101 is making a lot more noise lately than before. (There's some electrical problem with it that needs to be fixed. Sometimes it produces a lot of noise which I can get rid of by pushing hard on a special spot on the circuit board. This problem persists for over a year now but it has never been so horrible as now.) So because of these problems with my GSP-2101 I can not record anything at the moment. I'll have to check out this new Line6 POD preamp which seems to be very good for recording purposes. For a review of POD go to Tonefrenzy where you can also listen to some soundbits of this nice little box (although be warned: they are recorded at a rather low quality).
I'm also going to change the location of this page very soon. I just got some secure server space and will transfer my page there very soon. Of course I'll give you the new link here when the time has arrived. I will also upload all my songs to MP3.COM then. The reason why I'm changing location is that XOOM is now starting to manipulate all the pages. As you may have noticed the title of this page is now 'XOOM.com' and not 'The Grooving Arts Band Cellar' as it used to be. This is because XOOM has put up a page containing a frame (which you can't see at the moment) that will probably show some kind of ad in the future. I'm not happy with this development because the only reason why I have been on XOOM up to now is that there were no ads whatsoever, no annoying popups and no frames with banners. Apparently this has changed and so I'm going to leave.

26.02.1999
Once again I did some re-mixing of "Fingers Crossed" just to improve it a little more. You can get the new version from the music section. Today I also recorded all clean guitar takes of "Tightness". But there's still a lot of work to be done before this number is finished.

25.02.1999
Hello there! Yesterday I recorded the first solo take of "Being Lazy". I fear it will still take me some time (I assume about two weeks) until the song is completely done. I did a lot of guitar playing lately. Because of this I didn't do any work on the GSP-2101 algorithm editor unfortunately. But I promise that I'll resume the project soon.

23.02.1999
Ah, forget what I said yesterday (well, it was about six hours ago, cause now it's midnight ;-). The new version of "Fingers Crossed" is ready for download in the music section. Although I got rid of some bugs the song is still not completely bugfree. When I get a recording-card and a mic preamp in about one or two months I will rerecord it completely. Still I hope you enjoy it!

22.02.1999
Today I sat down and remixed and remastered "Fingers Crossed", the first song of mine that I put on this page. I also improved the general timing of the song because I used some special tricks to reduce the sync problems I have with my EWS64XL. Currently the new version is not yet on this page but it will be in two days. Why in two days? Because tomorrow I don't have any time to do something and today I'm too tired to make an MP3 file out of the final mixdown WAV file. See you in two days with the new, improved version of "Fingers Crossed".

21.02.1999
Hiya boys and gals! Yesterday I announced "Being Lazy" and today it's almost done. Well, all (all??!!) that's missing are the guitar solos. Today I laid done the rhythm guitar and the bass tracks and I can say that they turned out pretty good. I found a workaround (at least to a certain degree) for my sync problems with the EWS64XL. The (not so good) solution for now is not to use too many MIDI tracks cause the number of voices used by the Dream chip on the EWS64XL causes the sync problems. I hope I get a decent recording-card soon. Nevertheless I'm happy how "Being Lazy" sounds at the moment. See ya soon!

20.02.1999
I did some additional designing of the page today - just some minor improvements. I must say that I'm quite content with the new look of the page although I'm still hoping that a friend of mine will help me design it even better (he's a student of graphical design, so let's hope the best). I also added two new song announcements to the music section. I'm currently working on these songs and hope to have them ready soon (that is in about one or two months).

19.02.1999
Today I uploaded "Fingers Crossed". You can find it in the music section. Remember, it's the first song I've ever recorded this way and completely on my own so there's still lots of room for improvement. Unfortunately I had difficulties concerning sync of my TerraTec EWS64XL. So I decided that I will buy a dedicated audio-recording-card sometime soon. I'm not quite sure which one to buy. The candidates are Event Layla, MOTU 2408 and Aardvark Aard20/20. Other good news: Today I also finished the basic algorithm editor I was writing the last two weeks. What can I say? It works. It works perfectly. As I said earlier, all I have to do now is to write a nice little UI around the dump engine and there you go - we have a 2101 algorithm editor.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Once again I did a complete redesign of the page and finally got rid of this annoying background. Hope you like it!

12.02.1999
"Fingers Crossed" is almost done now. Today I made the final mixdown. All that's left to do is a little mastering and then finally I'll have to convert the 50MB WAV file to an MP3 and off we go. Concerning the algorithm editor for the GSP-2101: I wrote a little application that dumps selected modules to the GSP-2101. I'll also implement module linking soon and when that's done and working I'm done with the basic algorithm editor. What I'll do next is writing a more user friendly interface (I'm thinking about something similar to Generator). Unfortunately writing this UI will be very time consuming. But I'm still hoping the best. The next time I will update this page the MP3 of "Fingders Crossed" will be here. CU.

08.02.1999
Today I started to mix the song (boy, mixing is sure an art) and I could also think of a name for it. I will call it "Fingers Crossed" which best expresses my anticipation. Yesterday I stated that the song will be on the page in about two days. Well, I think I have to revise that statement because mixing AND mastering will probably take longer than I expected. I also began to dive into the depths of my GSP-2101 to see if my algorithm editor can become reality and now I can say it WILL become reality. I'll start to write the basic app tomorrow if everything goes well. See you!

07.02.1999
Hurray, I've done it! I've completely rerecorded the long awaited song and if all goes well it's on this page in approximately two days. I think it turned out quite good for a first try and I had to live through some struggles to get it done as it is now. I hope somebody out there will like the song and if it's only one person I'm happy :-)
Some other hot news: Probably tomorrow or the day after that I'll restart my GSP-2101 algorithm editor project. First thing I will do is write a basic application that enables me to create algorithms on the computer and then dump them to the GSP. It won't have any fancy user interface. It's just for me to proove that it is possible to write an editor for the 2101. If all goes well and I don't face any heavy problems I will start writing an application with a user friendly interface. Keep on grooving!!

Long time no see. At last all my exams at university are over and now I'm free to do whatever I want (at least for a month until the next semester begins). I've added a new file for you to download to the GSP-2101 section. It's a sysex bulk dump with the factory presets completely set to 100% dry. Take a look at it.
In the next month I hope that I can finally finish the song that I'm working on for over two months now. While mixing it I decided to rerecord all the audio tracks because I found them to be not so good :-( I think I'll get done with it in about three to four days. At least that's what I hope. I also think that I'll have to rename it. "Landscape Racing" doesn't fit to the song very well. I already have some new song ideas. But I'll start doing them only after putting the first song on this page. Stay tuned!

Finally I got around to make a drum soundset for my song. Now the drums sound much more real than the GM/GS standard drumset I used before. Although I still have to tweak the drum tracks a bit. I also started to do the final mix. First thing I did was to normalize the bass tracks and add some EQs to them. Oh, BTW, the song also has a title now. I'll call it "Landscape Racing". Hope to have it on the page soon...and maybe also on http://www.mp3.com.

I did some redesign of this page. Watch out for more in the next couple of months because now I have a friend of mine who is designer doing some stuff for me. Unfortunately I still didn't find the time to start mixing the song I have already recorded completely.

Today I finally finished recording the first song to be released on this page. All that needs to be done now is the final mix and then some mastering. If all goes well I will be releasing the song in about two weeks. The only problem at the moment is that instead of mixing I should learn a lot for university because at the end of January I'll have lots and lots of exams. Also I still need a title for the song. I also started to record my next song which is called 'Being Lazy'. A very relaxing song and stylistically the absolute opposite of the beforementionned almost finished song.

Happy new year to everyone! My new year's resolution is to make more music this year.
